The American Legion Department of North Carolina Charities, Inc.
The American Legion Department of North Carolina Charities, Inc. (Charities) is a nonprofit North Carolina Corporation exempted from federal income tax under Internal Revenue code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to the Charities under IRC Section 170. Our Charities is also qualified to receive tax deductions bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055,2106 or 2522.
- All donations are 100% used for the programs you donate to.
- Charities Board of Directors established a policy where no Administrative fees are deducted from your contribution.
